Access to and use of this Website and the products available through this Website are subject to the following terms and conditions. By using the services, you are agreeing to all of the terms and conditions. We reserve the right to change these terms and conditions at any time without notice. All prices include the Finnish valued added tax (VAT 24 %). We reserve the right to change prices without notice.

DELIVERY AND SHIPPING
We offer free worldwide shipping on all orders.
Shipping is via Finnish postal service, Post Group as a letter or a maxi letter, that is delivered through a mail slot or mailbox depending on the size. We can only deliver to a home or office address.
Orders will be shipped from our warehouse from Helsinki, Finland. Deliveries will be only done on business days, not during public holidays in Finland. We reserve the right to cancel orders for out of stock items at any time. We are not responsible or have any liability for delays, costs or failure to perform resulting from postal delays or force majeure.
Estimated delivery times for in-stock products:
Finland: within 2-14 working days from received payment
Nordic countries: within 9-21 working days from received payment
Rest of Europe: 9-23 working days from received payment
Rest of the World: large cities from 15- working days from received payment. No estimate for other destinations.
RETURN POLICY & GUIDELINES
If you are unhappy with your purchase, you can return unworn items within 14 days. We will issue a refund on receipt, or exchange the item if preferred. We do not accept return of products purchased from other retailers or webstores. We offer free returns in Finland. The cost of returning the item to us from outside Finland is your responsibility. If the item you received is faulty, you have 14 days to contact us and return it to us in order to receive a refund. If the parcel was damaged in handling in the postal service, make a claim with the post office first.
PLEASE NOTE that we encourage you to deliver the products with a delivery service that provides parcel tracking number. Superyellow is not responsible for items that are lost or damaged during shipping and cannot replace products lost during return shipment if proof of tracking is unavailable.
Please make sure that you return the products in the original packaging including the order document included. The returned products must have original labels. We will not accept returns that do not have original labels intact.
Returns within Finland
Letter delivery within Finland:
You can return the products free-of-charge in the same envelope that the products were delivered in by writing ”customer return/asiakaspalautus” in the envelope and our delivery address. You can send the products through a regular letter box. Please add your bank account number for the money return.
