We ship the orders in 1-3 days after we have received the order. If you place your order during weekend or public holiday, the order will be shipped during the next working days.

The orders are shipped from our warehouse in Helsinki and the delivery time depends on your location. In Finland the orders of one or two beanies are shipped as a maxi letters via Posti and delivered straight to your mailbox. Please note, that Posti might have some delays with the letter deliveries. The delivery times in EU are 4-14 days and for order outside of EU 7-21 working days from received payment. If you chose the fast delivery option available in Finland, your order will be delivered to your nearest Posti Parcel Locker in 1-3 working days.

Orders sent as a letter in Finland don’t have tracking code. For the orders outside of Finland we will provide a tracking code by e-mail.

Yes you can. You can return unworn items with original labels within 14 days from receiving the order. You are responsible for the return costs. Please read more about our return policy.

We use only 100% merino wool, organic cotton and recycled materials in our products. Read more about the materials we use.

Merino wool is the finest wool quality and it is naturally warm and soft. Merino wool is a long-lasting material with many great natural qualities. You can read more about what is merino wool from our merino wool guide.

Merino wool can be machine washed on delicate 30°, however usually airing is enough to freshen up the beanie. Please follow carefully the merino wool washing instructions.

Mulesing free merino wool is produced in a way the sheep are not harmed. We only use mulesing free merino wool in our beanies. Please read more about mulesing free merino wool.

All our beanies are made in Finland. By local production we can ensure that our production is sustainable and that our beanies are the best quality. Please read more about our production and sustainability at our sustainability page.

Our beanies are one size and they fit for both men and women. Merino wool beanies adjust to your head when used without loosing their shape. For kids we have two sizes available: size 1 (46-50cm) and size2 (52-56cm).

All our merino beanies are warm but our warmest beanies are Björn, Kelo and Beam beanies. They all are a big chunk of merino wool and perfect choice for cold weather.

If you are looking for a lighter option, we would recommend Sailor, Beacon and Baltic– beanies. Another lighter options are our cotton beanies.

In our merino wool beanies the knitting is tight and thick and they cover your ears. So yes, they are perfect for windy weather as well.

Yes, Superyellow is 100% Finnish brand founded by three designers in 2007. All our beanies are designed and made in Finland.
